These terms govern your use of Do9ood. Please read them fully before using. We've tried to write them as clearly as possible.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering or using Do9ood, you accept all of these terms. If you disagree with any term, please stop using the service.
Do9ood is in Beta — some features may be incomplete. We reserve the right to modify the service at any time.
2. Service Description
Do9ood is a social platform that lets you:
Post and share everyday acts of goodness (deeds)

Follow other users and see a personalized feed
We are in Beta for invited users first; public launch will be announced later.
3. Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old (or the age required by local law) to create an account
One account per person — creating multiple accounts to evade suspension is prohibited
You are responsible for all activity under your account
Notify us immediately at hello@do9ood.com if your account is accessed without authorization
4. Content Rules
You may
Post genuine acts of goodness you performed yourself

Report inappropriate content using the Report button
You may not

Post content that demeans, harasses, or abuses others
Spam, promote products/services, or post in bulk
Use Do9ood to fundraise without authorization

5. Consent Requirement
This is Do9ood's most important rule:
Every time you post a deed featuring another person, you must:
Obtain consent from that person before every post
Blur or hide the face and identifying details of anyone who has not consented
Not include the name, address, phone number, or other personal data of third parties
Checking the consent checkbox in the post form constitutes a legal confirmation that you have obtained consent.
6. Intellectual Property
Your content
You retain ownership of all content you post. You grant Do9ood a license to display, distribute, and process that content to operate the platform.
Do9ood's content
Do9ood's logo, brand name, design, and content are protected by intellectual property law. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Open Source
Do9ood open-sources parts of its codebase at github.com/thungong/do9ood.com under the license stated in the repository.
7. Content Moderation
Do9ood has the right (but not the obligation) to:
Remove content that violates these terms
Suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate
Share information with law enforcement when required
Moderation decisions are made by the Do9ood team together with vetted community volunteers. You may appeal decisions at hello@do9ood.com.
8. Beta Limitations
Do9ood is in Beta testing, therefore:
Service may be interrupted or unavailable temporarily without notice
Features may change, be added, or be removed
Data may be deleted during testing or system updates (we will notify in advance where possible)
Do9ood does not guarantee 100% uptime during this period
9. Limitation of Liability
Do9ood is provided "as-is" without any warranty, express or implied.
Do9ood is not responsible for:
Content posted by users
Damages resulting from service interruptions

Actions of other users on the platform
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Thai law. Disputes will first be resolved through negotiation; if unresolved, the Civil Court of Southern Bangkok has jurisdiction.
11. Changes to Terms
We will notify you of significant changes by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
