Terms of Service
Last updated: June 19, 2026
These terms govern your use of Do9ood. Please read them fully before using. We've tried to write them as clearly as possible.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering or using Do9ood, you accept all of these terms. If you disagree with any term, please stop using the service.
Do9ood is in Early Access — some features may still be in development. We reserve the right to modify the service at any time.
2. Service Description
Do9ood is a social platform that lets you:
Post and share everyday acts of goodness (deeds) with photos and categories
Give Thanks and Endorse other people's deeds
Verify deeds through Community Verification — stating why you believe a deed genuinely happened
Join and create collaborative goodness campaigns
Browse a community feed filtered by category
Use the AI Deed Writer ("Help me write") to automatically expand a short note into a full deed story
Become a Supporter to help fund the platform's development
Do9ood is open to everyone — no invitation required. We use rate limiting to prevent abuse; unusually high activity may be automatically throttled.
3. Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old (or the age required by local law) to create an account
One account per person — creating multiple accounts to evade suspension is prohibited
You are responsible for all activity under your account
Notify us immediately at hello@do9ood.com if your account is accessed without authorization
4. Content Rules
You may
Post genuine acts of goodness you performed yourself
Share true stories with verifiable details
Use Anonymous mode to protect your identity and others'
Write about helping others, volunteering, community, or environmental actions
You may not
Post fake or fabricated deeds
Expose another person's private information without consent
Post content that demeans, harasses, or abuses others
Advertise products, services, or any commercial promotion
Post content unrelated to doing good (spam, gibberish, system tests)
Create fake accounts or impersonate others
5. Consent Requirement
This is Do9ood's most important rule:
Every time you post a deed featuring another person, you must:
Obtain consent from that person before every post
Blur or hide the face and identifying details of anyone who has not consented
Not include the name, address, phone number, or other personal data of third parties
Checking the consent checkbox in the post form constitutes a legal confirmation that you have obtained consent.
6. AI Content Review
Do9ood uses Cloudflare Workers AI automatically in three ways — content is not retained after processing in any case:
Safety check: Every deed is sent to AI to scan for harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content before posting
Content classification: Every deed is classified as a genuine deed, advertisement, or spam — advertising and spam are automatically rejected
AI Deed Writer: When you use "Help me write", your typed note is sent to AI to generate a story — the input is deleted immediately after the response is returned
If your content is rejected in error, you may revise and resubmit, or contact us at hello@do9ood.com.
7. Intellectual Property
Your content
You retain ownership of all content you post. You grant Do9ood a license to display, distribute, and process that content to operate the platform.
Do9ood's content
Do9ood's logo, brand name, design, and content are protected by intellectual property law. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
8. Supporter Subscription
Do9ood allows users to become Supporters through a monthly payment processed by Stripe.
Payments are charged automatically each month on the billing cycle date
You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the next billing cycle
Do9ood does not store your credit card details directly — all payments are handled by Stripe
For billing errors or refund requests, contact hello@do9ood.com
Supporter perks may evolve as the platform develops
9. Content Moderation
Do9ood has the right (but not the obligation) to:
Remove content that violates these terms
Suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate
Share information with law enforcement when required
Moderation decisions are made by the Do9ood team. You may appeal decisions at hello@do9ood.com.
10. Early Access Limitations
Do9ood is in Early Access, therefore:
Service may be interrupted or unavailable temporarily without notice

Do9ood does not guarantee 100% uptime during this period
11. Limitation of Liability
Do9ood is provided "as-is" without any warranty, express or implied.

12. Governing Law
